Returns & Cancellations

Each Peardrop Prints order is printed individually to order, so we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
This includes both framed and unframed prints, which are created to your chosen specifications.

We recommend double-checking your order details carefully before completing your purchase. If you’re unsure about sizing, framing, or artwork selection, you’re very welcome to email help@peardropprints.com before ordering — we’re always happy to advise.


Damages and Issues

We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives safely and in perfect condition.
If your order is damaged in transit, defective, or if you’ve received the wrong item, please contact help@peardropprints.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll ask for photographs of the packaging and item so we can review the issue promptly and arrange a suitable resolution — usually a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item.
Please note that this right does not apply to personalised or made-to-order items — including all prints purchased from Peardrop Prints — as each piece is created individually for you.
