When will my order be dispatched?
All orders are dispatched the next business day after your purchase.
How long will delivery take?
- UK: 2-4 business days.
- International: 2-3 weeks, depending on the destination country.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer returns up to 30 days after delivery. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at help@peardropprints.com with your order number, and we will assist you with the return process.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, simply contact our customer service team at help@peardropprints.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with the necessary instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
